Three Plead Not Guilty To New Charges in Former Town Councilor's Pot-Growing Case
Former-Watertown Town Councilman Thomas "Gus" Bailey is charged with laundering money in the pot-growing ring he was allegedly running in Waltham.
Three people charged with money laundering in connection with the alleged Waltham pot-growing ring pleaded not guilty on at the John Joseph Moakley Courthouse in Boston on July 13, according to court documents.
Former Watertown Town Councilor Thomas "Gus" Bailey and his ex-wife, Barbara Waldman, both pleaded not guilty to new charges of money laundering, according to court documents. Bailey also pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to manufacture as well as distributing marijuana.
Eric Falzon, of Newton, also pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to distribute marijuana.

Waldman and Bailey are scheduled for another court appearance at 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 27, according to court records.
