Boston Police arrested the man for trying to use two fake $100 bills.

A Watertown man got into even deeper legal trouble at a Boston court house Wednesday when he allegedly paid his court fees with counterfeit money.

Police went to the Brighton District Court House after a court clerk discovered that Fernando Costa, 24, of Watertown, used fake bills, according to a report on BostonInno.com.

Costa used two $100 bills, two $20s and a $10 bill, and the clerk found that the $100 notes were fake, according to the report.

He tried to run away, but police caught Costa and placed him under arrest.
