Watertown Man Indicted for Trafficking Cocaine by Middlesex Grand Jury

The 29-year old Watertown man faces charges for an offense that took place in Everett.

The following information was provided by Middlesex District Attorney's office:

 

Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone announced the following indictments: 


EVERETT

Arsham Bedrossian, 29, of Watertown, was charged with trafficking cocaine and a drug violation in a school zone.  The Assistant District Attorney is Marisa Tagliareni.

Gregory Desamours, 24, of Revere, was charged with trafficking cocaine and a drug violation in a school zone.  The Assistant District Attorney is Marisa Tagliareni.

 

LOWELL

Vernon Davis, 27, of Nashua, N.H., was charged with armed assault to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, possession of a firearm without a license, and illegal possession of ammunition.  The Assistant District Attorney is Stephen Loughlin.

Oscar Lopez, 61, of Lowell, was charged with possession of class A drug with intent to distribute, subsequent offense, drug violation in a school zone, and being a habitual offender.  The Assistant District Attorney is Gina Kwon.

Wanda Bracetty, 49, of Lowell, was charged with possession of class A drug with intent to distribute, subsequent offense, and drug violation in a school zone.  The Assistant District Attorney is Gina Kwon.

 

MARLBOROUGH 

Henry Perez, 34, of Marlborough, was charged with aggravated rape of a child, forcible rape of a child, and indecent assault and battery on a child.  The Assistant District Attorney is Katelyn Draper.

 

MEDFORD 

Keith McCue, 42, of Charlestown, was charged with unarmed robbery.  The Assistant District Attorney is Ceara Mahoney.

 

NATICK

Jorge Rodriguez, 69, of Natick, was charged with aggravated rape of a child (two counts) and rape of a child by force (two counts).  The Assistant District Attorney is Elizabeth Keeley.

 

SOMERVILLE

Erick Stout, 35, of Everett, was charged with trafficking heroin and drug violation in a school zone.  The Assistant District Attorney is Amanda Rowan.

 

TEWKSBURY

Donald Blanchette, 61, of Gloucester, was charged with operating under the influence, 7th offense, operating after license suspension for OUI while under the influence, operating after license suspension for OUI, and refusal to identify self.  The Assistant District Attorney is Gina Kwon.

 

WAKEFIELD

Daniel Hayes, 35, was charged with rape, attempted murder, violation of a restraining order (four counts), stalking in violation of restraining order, assault and battery, and threatening to commit a crime.  The Assistant District Attorney is Thomas O’Reilly.
