Watertown Police Log: Computer Stolen, Credit Cards Used After Purse Taken

The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests

Nov. 12, 4:57 p.m.: Police arrested Joseph O. Pierre, 50, of 194 Harvard St. in Medford, for a warrant out of Boston District Court for a Hackney violation.

Nov. 13, 238 p.m.: A woman entered Stop and Shop and took an item worth $8.49 and tried to leave without paying. Tanya M. Wojcik, 32, of 26 Beacon St. Apt. 36D in Burlington, on a charge of shoplifting.

Nov. 15, 3:56 p.m.: Police arrested Andrew Ireton, 21, of 10 Chester St. Apt. 1 in Allston, on a charge of violating a restraining order.

Nov. 17, 1:53 a.m.: Police arrested Kristina M. Frederick, 41, of 808 Mt. Auburn St. Apt. 2 in Watertown, on charges of domestic assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon - a knife.


Incidents

Nov. 15, 1:56 p.m.: A new laptop computer was left in a box at the SEIU Local 509 on Talcott Avenue, and when the worker returned a week later the box was open and the computer was gone. It is worth $625.

Nov. 16, 2:33 p.m.: The owner of a car parked on Prospect Street discovered and deep scratch from the rear right tail light and along the rear passenger door.

Nov. 17, 9:50 a.m.: A woman left her purse at Papa Gino's in the Watertown Mall, and when she returned it was gone. It contained credit cards, cash, an iPhone and debit cards. She discovered that someone used her credit cards in Medford and Somerville at numerous locations.

Nov. 17, 11:29 a.m.: A woman left her iPhone at the cash register at Target and when she went back it was gone. Security video shows a man and woman behind her in line take the phone and take the phone.
