Watertown Police Log: Golf Clubs Stolen, Theft at Victoria's Secret

Arrests

June 18, 3:03 p.m.: Police dealt with a domestic incident on Spruce St., said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn. Simon R. Lapolla, 22, of 143 Spruce St. in Watertown, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

June 18, 7:21 p.m.: Police dealt with a domestic incident on Duff St., Lawn said. Gregory A. Donlan, 43, of 83 Duff St. in Watertown, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

June 20, 5:40 p.m.: Police dealt with a domestic incident on Arsenal St., said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn. Lewis Charles Tobyne, 83, of 465 Arsenal St. Apt. 210 in Watertown, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60.

June 20, 8:36 p.m.: A man was arrested on five outstanding warrants, Lawn said. Jonathan S. Golden, 24, of 133 Templeton Parkway in Watertown, was arrested on a four warrants from Waltham District Court and one from Cambridge District Court.

June 21, 1:19 p.m.: Police arrested a 16 year old male from Watertown on a charge of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon – a basketball, Lawn said.

June 23, 6:26 p.m.: Police dealt with a domestic incident on Duff St., Lawn said. Yama N. Cheshatsang, 47, of 219 Green St. Apt. 1 in Cambridge, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

 

Incidents

June 19, 4:57 p.m.: An Arsenal Mall employee reported that he came out and found his trunk slightly ajar and a set of Ping golf clubs worth $900 was missing, Lawn said. There were no signs of forced entry.

June 20, 7:26 p.m.: A man came into Victoria’s Secret and took six bottles of perfume and put them in a back pack and left the store, Lawn said. The man was described as a black man, who was with a black woman and a small child. An employee followed them to the parking lot and got the license plate of the car in which they left.

June 23, 8:49 p.m.: The owner of a 2007 Mercedes parked on Bancroft Street found that someone had keyed both sides of the car, Lawn said.
