Watertown Police Log: Stolen iPhone Tracked to Town Resident, 3 OUI Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Watertown Police Department.
Arrests
Feb. 20, 9:32 p.m.: An iPhone stolen from a locker at Workout World in Waltham was traced to a home in Watertown, said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn. The victim activiated the GPS function on the phone and found it was at 16 Royal St., Lawn said. Romina A. Aedo, 20, of 16 Royal St. in Watertown, was arrested on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Feb. 20, 10:52 p.m.: Watertown Police dealt with a domestic dispute on Robert Ford Road, Lawn said. Keith E. Munroe, 53, of 84 Robbins Road in Watertown, was arrested on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order.
Feb. 21, 10:49 p.m.: Police responded to an accident on Watertown Street and discovered two cars with heavy front-end damage, Lawn said. One car was parked and the other, a 2006 Honda, was driven by Cynthia Manke, Lawn said. Manke allegedly struck a crosswalk sign before striking the parked car. Both Manke and the passenger were taken to Beth Israel Medical Center, Lawn said. Cynthia Manke, 29, of 39 Beechcroft St. Apt. 3 in Brighton, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes violation, Lawn said.

Feb. 23, 12:35 a.m.: An officer patrolling on Main Street spotted a car stopped about 40 feet from a green light with cars behind it honking, Lawn said. The offcicer pulled up to the car and saw the driver was sleeping at the wheel, Lawn said. The driver was awoken and alcohol was detected on his breath, Lawn said. Field sobriety tests were performed and the driver was arrested. Dennis C. Berksza, 55, of 147 Summer St. Apt. 21 in Waltham, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Feb. 23, 11:42 p.m.: A car pulled out of Langdon Avenue and collided with a vehicle on Mt. Auburn Street, Lawn said. Alcohol was detected on the breath of one of the drivers, and field sobriety tests were performed, Lawn said. Vincent Cicolini, 32, of 86 Langdon Ave. in Watertown, was arrested on a charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to yield at an intersection.
