Watertown Police Log: Vintage Microphones Missing, Stroller Stolen

Arrests

June 24, 3:17 p.m.: Police dealt with a domestic incident on Pequossette Street, said Watertown Police Sgt. Thomas Grady. Corrie L. Smith, 24, of 21 Pequosesette Street in Watertown, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

June 29, 10:07 p.m.: An officer stopped a car on School Street and discovered the man had an outstanding warrant, Grady said. Michael J. Flanery, 57, of 109 Linden St. Apt. 39 in Waltham, was arrested on a warrant from Chelsea District Court for traffic offenses, and on charges of driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving and uninsured motor vehicle and driving a vehicle with a revoked registration.

Incidents

June 25, 2:33 p.m.: The owner of a Lexus reported that someone scratched his hood, driver’s side door and rear, right passenger door while it was parked at Nichols and Bigelow avenues, Grady said.

June 25, 9:30 p.m.: The BMW emblem was removed off the hood of 2002 BMW that was parked on Morse Street, Grady said. It appeared to have been removed using a screwdriver.

June 26, 4:47 p.m.: Two vintage microphones, worth a total of $6,000, were reported stolen from Audio Pro Service on Mt. Auburn Street, Grady said. The microphones were Neumann brand and were taken sometime between late April and mid June.

June 26, 5:45 p.m.: A Britax B-Ready stroller was stolen from the driveway of a home on California Street, Grady said. The stroller is bright red, and is worth $700. An older stroller was left in its place.

June 27, 1:08 p.m.: A Boxboro resident reported that a wallet was stolen from a gym in Cambridge and a credit card was used at the Watertown Target store, Grady said. Watertown and Cambridge Police are working together on the case.

June 28, 9:44 p.m.: The owner of a 1999 Subaru told police the car had been hit while parked at the Watertown Mall, and the driver’s side mirror was knocked off, Grady said.

June 29, 10:04 p.m.: A 2011 Specialized Hard Rock bicycle was stolen from a home on Carver Road East, Grady said. The bicycle is black and neon green, and is worth $389.

June 30, 11:32 p.m.: A window was shattered on a Ford Econoline Van that was parked on Irving Street, Grady said. Police could not locate an object that could have caused the glass to be broken.
