- Median household income
- Median home value
- Amenities per capita (seafood restaurants, sports bars, Dunkin Donuts, museums)
- Amenities total (seafood restaurants, sports bars, Dunkin Donuts and museums)
- The year the city was established (the earlier the better)
Home values are also good, with the median home valued at $431,600, compared to the state's median home value of $369,302.
