See How Watertown Fared in the First Football Game of the Season

The Raiders traveled to Medway to kick off the season.

Watertown kicked off the football season on a high note with a 34-14 win at Medway on Thursday night.

Quarterback Nick Giordano threw three touchdown passes, including two to wide receiver T.J. Hairston. Mike Petrillo ran for two more touchdowns to round out the scoring for the Raiders, according to the Boston Globe report.

Watertown is now 1-0 and will host Shawsheen on Friday, Sept. 20 at 7 p.m. a Victory Field.
