Growing, Learning and Having Fun!!

Our 10U girls are playing Summer Softball for the first time and many of our girls are completely new to the game of Fast Pitch. And none of this inexperience is getting in their way!! Because every game, win or lose, is knowledge in the bank.

Their first win of the season came against a town that has a lot of experience with softball ~ Billerica. The Watertown girls, who call themselves the Wildcats, were playing short-handed and on the road but were still able to come away with a 10-7 win!! Just two short days later they found themselves playing Lynnfield at the Lowell field. The game was very tight, proving that our girls were up for the competition. The Wildcats were keeping it close with a 7-5 score for most of the game until it just slipped away in the last inning. Next on the schedule for our Wildcats on Monday 7/15 at the Lowell Field is the Charlestown Townies.
