Fall & Winter Farm Share Fair Planned This Week

Fall & Winter Farm Share Fair

Head over to Watertown Public Library from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22 for the Fall & Winter Farm Share Fair.

There will be variety of foods for the cooler months and you’ll get to meet area farmers and food producers and sign up for a farm share or CSA share.

The event is sponsored by the Belmont Food Collaborative.

Wayne Martin Puppets Presenting Halloween Spooks

The Watertown Mall is hosting Wayne Martin Presenting Halloween Spooks on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Frank and Drac will be hosts as you journey through the haunted castle. Meet some of their friends along the way, including Scarecrow with a Happy Glow, a Headless Horseman, Cage Monster, the Purple People Eater, and a Cauldron overflowing with ghostly treats in this fun and colorful show.

One Book, One Watertown

Watertown Free Public Library will host One Book, One Watertown: Dystopian Movie Mondays at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21.

Each Monday in September and October, the library will feature a film “that touches on issues related to wool.”

Free Public Flu Clinic

A free pubic flu clinic will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 24 at the Watertown Senior Center.

Limited flu vaccine will be available.

The clinic is open to anyone 55 and older. Please remember to bring your insurance and Medicare cards with you for billing purposes. Vaccine is still available to you, even if you do not have insurance.
