Take a look at what's happening in Watertown this week.

Library Hosts Meet and Make Session

Come find out what others are making and what could be included in a planned Maker Space at the Watertown Free LIbrary. The Meet and Make session will be Thursday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Watertown High School Sports

The Raiders' boys' basketball team hosts Reading on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. On Friday, the girls' hoops squad hosts Woburn at 7 p.m. On Saturday, the wrestling team hosts several teams, beginning at 10 a.m. On Sunday, there is a basketball doubleheader with the girls facing Cambridge Ringe & Latin at 2:30 and the boys taking on Notre Dame, Lawrence at 4:30 p.m.

Clutter Support Group for Families and Friends

A new support group to help friends and family members of people with a clutter problem is starting in January. The first support group meeting will be held on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Watertown Public Library in the Watertown Savings Bank Room.  

Mt. Auburn Lunch Series: Migrating Birds

Mount Auburn Cemetery provides critical habitat for neotropical songbirds during spring migration, but where are these birds headed? In this talk by ecologist and wildlife photographer Brooks Mathewson we will look at the breeding habitat preferences of these dozens of species of songbirds. The event is at Thursday at noon. Find out more here.
