Rededication of the Soldiers' Monument

Join Veterans from Watertown on Monday at 10 a.m. for the Veterans' Day observances and the Rededication of the Civil War Soldiers' Monument. The event is at Saltonstall Park next to Town Hall.

Cambridge Symphony Orchestra at Perkins

Perkins School for the Blind Monthly Concert Series presents the Cambridge  Symphony Orchestra. The Orchestra’s 28th annual visit to Perkins will feature music composed in the Terezin Concentration Camp. The concert is free to the public will be Monday at 7 p.m. Find out more here.

The Art of the Word

A Dynamic Evening of Poetry and Art features poet Pablo Medina and his son Pablo A. Medina, artist, inspired by the hand-painted signage of San Francisco’s Mission District. This free text + conText event begins at 7 p.m., preceded by a wine and cheese reception at 6:30 p.m. Get more details here.

Hoarding Workshop at Watertown Library

Watertown health officials will host a public forum on hoarding on Thursday both from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Watertown Library. The meetings follow a garnering of public funds and services to help affected locals overcome their cleaning issues. See more here.

Play "How to Eat Like a Child"

A Watertown Children’s Theatre musical production, this pop/rock musical gives kids the chance to remind adults what it’s like to be child. The first show is Friday at 7 p.m. See more here.
