Turkey Shoot, Hunger Games Party, Amnesty International Film

Here are a few things going on this week in Watertown.

Turkey Shoot at the Watertown Middle School

The annual Turkey Shoot consists of multiple rounds of raffles (3 tickets for just $1). You could win: a turkey plus all the fixin's; gift cards to local businesses; specialty gift baskets and so much more. The event is on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Middle School auditorium. See more here

Showing of Film 'Education Under Fire'

The Watertown / Belmont chapter of Amnesty International is showing the
film "Education Under Fire," which profiles the plight of Baha’is in Iran who have been prohibited from seeking higher education. The film is will be shown Tuesday at 7 p.m. Find out more here.

Train Party!

Calling all train enthusiasts for an hour of stories, songs, and crafts related to the railroad. For ages 2 to 6. The event is Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at the Watertown Library. See how to register here.

Hunger Games!

Have you read the hit series by Suzanne Collins? Are you anticipating the movie release of Catching Fire? Bring all your friends to the Watertown Library for our Hunger Games-themed festivities and food! Be sure to come dressed as your favorite character. The event is Thursday at 3 p.m. See more here.

Free Infant Massage Class

You are invited to a free Infant Massage Class for parents and babies under one year! It will be held at Body Mind Integration Center, 118 Main St. in Watertown, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Find out more here.
