Play Debuts at Arsenal Center, Public Skating, Parent/Kid Event at Library

Arsenal Center's Debut of "Imagining Madoff" 

The New Rep Theatre's production of "Imagining Madoff" begins on Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. In the play, the audience witnesses imagined jail conversations between Ponzi schemer Bernie Madoff and Solomon Galkin, a poet and Holocaust survivor. Meet playwright Deborah Margolin on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. (The symposium is free - reserve a spot here.) Get play tickets here.

Pubic Skating

Watertown's ice rink, Ryan Skating Arena, will be open for public skating on Saturday from 4:20 p.m. to 5:15 p.m and Sunday from 2:40 p.m. to 3:55 a.m. Helmets recommended and milk crates allowed, but not provided.

Bring the Kids to the Watertown Library Saturday

Make the Children’s Department part of your morning routine! Come to the library for some coffee, a donut hole, and browse the newspaper while children explore books and color during our low-key morning program. The event begins at 9:15 a.m.

Boston College Women's Basketball Youth Day

Wear your youth team jersey and get in free to the Boston College women's basketball game against Virginia Tech on Sunday at 1 p.m. in Conte Forum.

Men's Basketball Open Gym

The Recreation Department hosts an open gym for men 30 and over at Watertown Middle School on Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
