This popular restaurant had to move out of a smaller space several years ago to accommodate the crowds, even on weekdays. It's now in a large, airy room, with an elegant bar area and lots of outdoor tables too. The owner is Venezuelan and dedicated to good eating. The food is authentic, plentiful and inexpensive.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Watertown, and I highly recommend it. But it's not inexpensive, as the review states, and should have more than one "$" in the Price Level category. Entrees average around $20, and cocktails can add up. It's not horribly expensive, but it should not be considered a cheap eat.
