Haven't tried it yet although have heard positive things about it, but aren't they the same views when Bugaboo's was there and the view from the Aegean are almost the same; stores, UPS and Arsenal Street etc.

I don't remember Bugaboo's having any windows. Miller's has a "patio" bar that has big windows that open up in the nice weather. I can't imagine that would be very pleasant given the location.
There's a nice fireplace area at Miller's, but you've got the bright Home Depot neon light shining on you.
Yes, I'm picky.
Food is not very good. Drink specials are affordable. Atmosphere is not so great with views of the parking garage, Home Depot, and busy Arsenal Street. Crowd is a little iffy. I could see this becoming a place where drunken fights break out with all the cheap booze.
