Final Hazardous Waste Drop Off of the Year Saturday
Watertown Residents can bring
The final household hazardous waste collection day is Saturday, and those wishing to drop off items must pre-register at the Watertown Health Department by Friday. The hazardous products can be taken to the Minuteman Facility in Lexington. Among the items accepted are paint, batteries, drain cleaners, and garden chemicals (herbicides and pesticides). Items that will not be accepted include ammunition, medical syringes and radioactive material. For a full list of what can and cannot be dropped off at the Minuteman Facility, go here.
