Pair in Waltham Home Invasion Held Without Bail

Two men charged with a home invasion in Walham will return to court on Friday for a dangerousness hearing, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office. Andre Laventure, 26, of Manchester, N.H., and Cameron Fournier, 24, of Chelmsford will appear in Waltham District Court for a dangerousness hearing on Dec. 14, according to the DA's office. The pair is being held without bail pending that hearing. Laventure, who used to live in Watertown, faces the following charges: discharge of a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, three counts of armed assault in a dwelling, three counts of kidnapping, three counts of attempted murder, one count of intimidation of a witness, two counts of armed robbery, three counts of assault and …
