Eliza Dushku, Mother Speaking About Social Justice in Uganda
The Hollywood star will be at Brandeis University in Waltham in February to talk about THRIVE-Gulu.
Eliza Dushku will take time away from her television and film career to speak about one of her other passions – social justice in Uganda. The Watertown High School grad and her mother Judy, will speak at Brandeis University about THRIVE-Gulu, the non-governmental organization they founded in Uganda to address issues of child soldiers and sex slavery and other post-conflict issues.
