Watertown Doesn't Crack Boston Magazine's Top 50 High School List
The magazine used a variety of statistics to compile its list. See how WHS fared in a variety of categories.
Boston Magazine recently released its list of the top 50 Boston area high schools, after comparing 222 local public and charter high schools, and Watertown High School found itself out of the top 50 and in the middle of the pack in a variety of categories. Topping the list was Weston High School followed by Lexington High, Dover-Sherborn Regional High, Concord-Carlisle High and Wellesley Senior High. Schools in neighboring communities that made the list include Newton South at No. 7, Newton North at No. 11, Belmont at No. 12 and Cambridge Ringe and Latin at No. 35.
