WATERTOWN PATCH STORM CENTRAL UPDATES, CLOSINGS & MORE: Saturday, Dec. 29: 10:15 p.m. Snow continues to fall steadily in Watertown, and about 4 inches has fallen on the streets of Watertown, according to official Patch measurements (using a yard stick!) What few cars have ventured onto the streets are crawling along, near Watertown Square. 7:50 p.m. The snow really started falling in Watertown around 4::30 p.m., and now is falling fast and heavy. [UPDATED: Nov. 1, 12:50 p.m.] Latest NSTAR update says 156 customers in Watertown still lack power. The utility said it aims to have power restored by tonight. [UPDATED: Nov. 1, 6:50 p.m.] NSTAR has been out fixing the remaining outages around Watertown. The number of customers still without lights is 174, or 1 percent of the town. [UPDATED: Oct. 31, 5 p.m.] Lights are coming on around town this afternoon, with the latest outage number down to 287, according to NSTAR.
