Strip T's Chef Honored by Boston Magazine

The magazine named Tim Maslow the Best Up and Coming Chef in its Best of Boston Issue

Many Watertown residents have enjoyed the fine food at Strip T's, and now others are discovering the restaurant on School Street. Boston Magazine took note of the food being served by Chef Tim Maslow and his staff, naming Maslow the Best Up and Coming Chef in its Best of Boston Issue. In the blurb about Maslow and Strip T's, the magazine writes, "Watertown has the most exciting cuisine in town? At a place called, for better or worse, Strip-T’s? Actually, it’s true." Maslow returned home to work with his father after working at Momofuku Ssam Bar under chef David Chang. Strip T's serves a variety of dishes, but the buttermilk-fried chicken has become a favorite for many.
