Olympia Fencing Center is New England’s largest and most successful fencing club, with locations in Cambridge and Newton, MA.

Olympia Fencing Center is the largest one-weapon fencing club, among over 600 fencing clubs in the country!

Recipient of multiple awards and recognitions, our club is the number one NCAA feeder in the New England division of fencing, and the club with the most national and international results.

Our coaches have extensive teaching experience, high-ranked active fencers, and real-life educators.

Olympia’s founder and director, Daniel Hondor, has over 30 years of fencing experience. Member of the Romanian National Épée Team, 12 times in a row National Champion, multiple times winner of Balkanic Games (a fencing championship very popular in Europe), and a finalist in World Cup Competitions during the ’80s.

Among other achievements, Olympia Fencing Center is the only fencing club on the North American continent to send a woman épéeist to the 2018 Youth Olympic Games, making Cambridge, MA, the proud holder of the Olympic Bronze!

Other notable results are three ALL AMERICAN fencers - NCAA Men's Épée Champion, 2022, NCAA Silver medalist, Women's Épée, 2022, NCAA Bronze medalist, 2021!
