Watertown Group Hosts Leadership Workshop for Youngsters

The two day workshop at the Arsenal Center for the Arts focuses on values, communication, beliefs, goal setting and responsibility.

Watertown-based Learning Path Education will host two elementary leadership workshops for 9 to 11 year-olds this month at the Arsenal Center for the Arts.

The first workshop, June 21 and 22 is full, but a second one has been added on June 25 and 26 said Michael Dattoli, a corporate trainer who founded Learning Path Education.

Programs will utilize experiential education to demonstrate the foundations of leadership skills; including active listening, effective communication, responsibility, and goal setting, he said. The workshops run three hours each day and maximum size of each group is 10 students.
