What You Need to Know About This Year’s Thanksgiving Football Game

Find out how to get tickets for the game against Belmont.

Watertown will host the annual Thanksgiving Day football game against Belmont this year.

The game at Victory Field, 40 Orchard St. in Watertown, kicks off at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 28.

A winning season is on the line for Watertown, which has a 5-5 record. The Raiders went 4-3 and then had a run in the state playoffs, beating Triton in the first round before losing at Pentucket. They then fell by one point to Lynnfield.

Belmont, however, has yet to win a game this season. The Marauders come into the annual clash with Watertown with a 0-10 record. Last year Watertown won 28-7, ending a seven-year losing streak

Tickets can be bought in advance in the Guidance office at Watertown High School, 50 Columbia St. in Watertown: adults $6; students and seniors $4. All tickets at the gate will be $8.
